The sessions are open to anyone who is interested in learning more about EFT.  Although they are mainly for information only,  we will also be doing  live demonstrations so you can get so see how it actually works in practice. 

The technique actually works really well in a group setting. When we are tapping with someone on their particular issue, we ask everyone to tap along at the same time. This is called 'Borrowing Benefits' as you will be amazed at how it can benefit you also.
